By accessing and using s3quential's website and software, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
s3quential is a cloud-based practice management platform for CPA firms. Access to the platform is governed by the subscription plan you select. Free trials provide full access for 14 days, after which a paid subscription is required to continue.
3. Your Data
You retain all rights to data you upload to s3quential. We do not access, use, or share your client data except as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the s3quential platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of s3quential and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
s3quential shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
